Job Description:
An opportunity to join the Tax Product Management team and run the Global Custody Tax function end to end with the other members of the team.
Job Summary:
As a Global Custody Tax Product Manager within the Tax Product Management team, you will focus on managing and controlling the Global Custody business. Your responsibilities include defining, owning, and managing custody tax-related matters within the business, working closely with various teams to impact product and service offerings.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and managing tax changes across Nordic markets and other EMEA locations, assessing impacts, and managing communications.
- Overseeing compliance with tax regulations and reporting obligations, refining oversight models as needed.
- Maintaining materials reflecting current local laws and treaties, including entity-level taxation.
- Managing tax information in JPMorgan’s Tax Intelligence platform.
- Collaborating with advisors and industry participants on tax services.
- Participating in industry associations and drafting market communications and policies.
- Working with Operations and Corporate Tax teams to assess regulatory impacts and ensure solutions meet standards.
- Defining and implementing new or enhanced tax product features.
- Supporting client requests and managing their implementation.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Fluent in Danish.
- Experience in process change management from requirements to delivery.
- Significant experience in professional services, financial services, or product management.
- Knowledge of Securities Taxation and custodian services.
- Strategic thinking regarding product development.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver business solutions.
- Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
- Experience working in the Nordic region with clients and tax authorities.
- Ability to work independently and within a matrix organization.
- Experience managing stakeholders and influencing service delivery.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influence skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills with a track record of delivery.
