What you’ll be doing

  • Ensuring the Group has the appropriate security and is officially registered with HMLR or relevant registry body
  • checking we hold the necessary associated documentation relating to a borrowers property
  • discharging the Groups interest over a property, on redemption of the loan, in accordance with specific Group and HMLR criteria.
  • Sending correspondence to solicitors where information is required from them
  • Providing accurate and timely information in response to customers enquires

  • You will have the ability to demonstrate good attention to detail when auditing legal documents and updating electronic records
  • You will have previous knowledge and/or experience within an administrative environment.
  • You will be PC literate and able to use software packages including Outlook and Excel
  • You will be organised and demonstrate good time management.
  • You will work well as part of a team with a flexible approach towards working requirements

About Us

Working hours

Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00 (37.5 hours per week). Due to the nature of the role, current requirements are to be office based.
