About the Team & Role
Pearson was awarded the Test Operation Service (TOpS) contract in April 2024, with the first test cycle scheduled for 2025/2026. Based in Rotherham, the TOpS Secure Print planning and distribution manager will oversee the setup of the project, ensuring all deliverables are met within tight deadlines. You will manage the end-to-end process for manufacturing and dispatching question papers and examination materials under secure conditions, adhering to schedules.
Responsibilities include:
Our Secure Print Team handles over 4,000 printed items annually, including more than 9 million question papers.
You are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing high-volume logistics or distribution functions with tight SLAs. You can communicate clearly, analyze complex data, manage conflicts diplomatically, and are proficient in MS Access, Word, and Excel. Flexibility in work hours is required.
