Job summary

Avanade in London is seeking a senior security professional to lead Secure AI initiatives across clients, focusing on Microsoft Security, data protection, and Zero Trust. You will design and implement secure AI architectures, deliver workshops and assessments, and guide governance models while collaborating with Microsoft, and leveraging Avanade's ecosystem for enterprise AI security.

Qualifications

• Essential experience delivering Microsoft Security, Compliance, Identity, or Data Protection solutions.
• Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, PIM, or Identity Governance.
• Knowledge of Copilot security and governance considerations.
• Experience conducting security assessments, workshops, and advisory engagements.
• Strong client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to produce high-quality architecture documentation and technical designs.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure AI and Zero Trust architectures using Microsoft technologies.
• Deliver Secure AI workshops, maturity assessments, and roadmap engagements.
• Advise on AI security best practices aligned to Microsoft guidance and industry frameworks.
• Design governance models, security controls, and operating procedures for enterprise AI solutions.
• Lead client workshops and executive discussions; produce architecture documentation, governance frameworks, and adoption plans.
