SiXworks in the United Kingdom is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to enable successful delivery for an agile team. You will blend servant leadership with planning, risk management and stakeholder communication to maximise value.

You will guide ceremonies, remove impediments, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure realistic delivery commitments within a high assurance environment, including security clearances.

Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery of agile projects/products in a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or Project Manager capacity.
• Experience facilitating a multidisciplinary delivery team.
• High technical literacy in software development and/or IT infrastructure delivery.
• Experience configuring and using Agile Delivery Management tooling (Jira, GitLab, Confluence).
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, delivery reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering outcomes in complex, high assurance environments.
• Desirable: MoD/government delivery experience.
• Agile Delivery qualifications (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master / Agilist).
• Experience coaching teams in agile ways of working.
• Experience with AI and other cutting-edge technologies.

Responsabilités

• Lead delivery planning activities and facilitate agile events that enable effective execution, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies across team members, suppliers and customer organisations to maintain delivery progress and minimise delivery risk.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, showcases and retrospectives, ensuring the team has clarity on priorities and delivery objectives.
• Effectively drive the removal of impediments to team progress.
• Use delivery metrics and team feedback to identify opportunities to improve predictability, quality, efficiency and delivery outcomes.
• Support release planning and deployment activities, ensuring delivery commitments remain realistic and achievable.
• Champion agile and lean delivery practices, tailoring ways of working to achieve successful outcomes within the customer environment.
• Lead through influence, coaching and servant leadership, creating empowered teams capable of delivering sustainable high performance.
