Job summary

SiXworks in the United Kingdom is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to enable successful deliveries for an agile team. You will facilitate ceremonies, manage risks and dependencies, and forecast delivery outcomes while collaborating with customers and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading the delivery of agile projects in a Scrum Master, Delivery Manager or Project Manager role.
• Experience facilitating a multidisciplinary delivery team.
• High technical literacy and experience in software development and/or IT infrastructure delivery.
• Experience configuring and using Agile Delivery Management tooling including Jira, GitLab and Confluence.
• Experience managing risks, dependencies, delivery reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience delivering outcomes within complex, high assurance environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery planning activities and facilitate agile events to enable effective execution, transparency and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate and manage dependencies across team members, suppliers and customer organisations to maintain delivery progress.
• Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, estimation, showcases and retrospectives.
• Drive removal of impediments to team progress and improve predictability, quality and efficiency.
• Support release planning and deployment activities to keep commitments realistic and achievable.
• Champion agile and lean delivery practices and coach teams in effective ways of working.
• Lead through influence and servant leadership to empower high-performing teams.
• Maintain delivery transparency through forecasting and metrics-driven reporting.
• Align stakeholders around priorities, risks and delivery objectives.
