Job Description:

22 Bishopsgate, London – Hybrid

Permanent position at AXA IM, a responsible asset manager committed to long-term investment and value creation in real assets. The Sector Lead Logistics/Asset Manager will report to the Global Sector Lead/Local Head of Asset Management and be part of AXA IM Alts Real Estate.

The role involves managing a large portfolio of logistic assets, developing and implementing value creation strategies, overseeing budgets, monitoring valuations, managing stakeholders, and supporting acquisitions and disposals. The candidate should have a background in real estate, preferably with experience in logistics assets, and possess strong financial and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications include a degree in business or real estate, RICS accreditation is a plus, and proven experience in real estate asset and investment management. Fluency in English is required, French is a bonus.
