Join Kier as our Sector Director for Justice & Borders and lead the strategic growth of one of our most vital sectors. You'll shape and deliver our national strategy across justice, prisons, police, and border infrastructure, ensuring Kier remains the partner of choice for public and private sector clients.

Working in our national Clients & Markets team, you will join a team of sector experts overseeing the needs of our strategic clients and how we address those needs, bringing us closer to communities and end users.

Location: Flexible, operating nationally

Business Unit: Clients & Markets

Hours: Full Time, Permanent (flexibility available)

What will you be doing?

• Develop and lead the Justice & Borders sector strategy across new build, refurbishment, and FM.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with MoJ, SPS, Home Office, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive work-winning efforts, framework success, and project delivery across all business units.
• Champion innovation, sustainability, and standardised design in justice projects.
• Lead a high-performing, inclusive team and promote Kier's values across the sector.

What are we looking for?

• Extensive experience in design and construction.
• Experience working with Public Sector clients. Justice sector experience would be an advantage.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Proven ability to lead strategy, influence stakeholders, and drive sector growth.
• A collaborative, forward-thinking leadership style with a focus on inclusion and performance.
