A prominent retail company is looking for a Section Manager at their National Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes. The role involves leading a team to ensure smooth supply chain operations, managing stakeholder relationships, and fostering employee development. Ideal candidates have management experience in fast-paced environments, along with knowledge of relevant IT systems. This permanent, full-time position offers a night premium for late shifts.
As a Section Manager in one of our National Distribution Centres (NDCs), you'll have an important role of leading and motivating your team of Partners and ensuring the smooth running of the supply chain operation within your area of the site. You'll ensure the right stock in the right place at the right time for our shops and, ultimately, our customers, helping to drive sales and profitability for the Partnership.

Hours of work: Full Time 37.5 Hours, 22:00-06:00, working 5 out of 7 nights a week.
Please note: In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract a Night Premium at a rate of £4.50 per hour. This can be discussed further at the interview stage.
