Job summary

Wates Property Services in Warwickshire seeks a Section Manager / Assistant Site Manager to lead planned maintenance programmes across multiple sites. Here at Wates Property Services, we have an exciting opportunity for a Section Manager / Assistant Site Manager to join our Planned Works team across the Warwickshire area. Working in partnership with our social housing clients, you'll support the delivery of planned maintenance programmes including kitchens, bathrooms, internal and external refurbishments, and wider planned works. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career, with support, training, and clear progression within a growing and collaborative team.

Requirements

• Experience in a supervisory or site-based role (e.g. Supervisor, Assistant Site Manager, Section Manager)
• Ideally a background within planned social housing works or property maintenance
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable skills

• SSSTS or SMSTS qualification
• Trade background (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, multi-trade)
• Experience working on kitchens, bathrooms, or refurbishment programmes
• Ongoing training and clear career progression opportunities
