Job Description
Shift: Nights, 6pm-6am, 4 on 4 off - Due to the shift rotation, you will need to be available to work across every day of the week if relevant.
£16.06 per hour

Team and Role Overview
As a Section Leader, you will be the primary contact for operatives in various production areas, supporting them to meet area requirements and escalating issues to team leaders and supervisors. You will collaborate with other section leaders to ensure smooth line flow and optimal saturation of the line.

Core Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for issues such as PPE, Station Ownership Cards, box blockages, and tote out conveyors
• Complete daily good-to-go checks within the correct timeframe
• Help uphold GMP standards in your area
• Provide feedback to team members and coordinate with agencies
• Support operational KPIs and report discrepancies or misses
• Escalate issues to team leaders and supervisors
• Report near misses or hazards and promote safety awareness on site

Who You Are

• Experience in influencing or leading a team
• Excellent organizational skills
• Confident, forward-thinking team player
• Knowledge of warehouse fulfillment and target importance
• Strong team worker ensuring timely, complete order delivery
• Attention to detail, flexibility, problem-solving skills
• High computer literacy, especially Google Sheets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of leading team briefs
