You will lead the production operations in the plant and deliver key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, sustainability, and organizational morale. You will ensure our manufacturing strategy is effectively implemented and strive to build a high-performing organization.

How you will contribute

• Manage change and transformation initiatives within the operating teams, implementing IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma, FoF-Factory of the Future, and roles such as Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance to develop self-sufficient teams. Model values and principles through coaching and development.
• Support the manufacturing annual operational plans and targets aligned with safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals. Communicate plans and KPIs clearly to ensure team alignment.
• Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance, embed a zero-loss mindset, and drive continuous improvement. Optimize technology, culture, and operating systems to ensure reliable operations.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, governance, and legal requirements, including quality, food safety, GMP, health, safety, security, and environmental policies. Regularly review and monitor adherence.
• Lead talent management, capability development, and employee engagement initiatives. Attract, retain, and develop critical talent, building a sustainable workforce. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve objectives.
