Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working, this role offers that, but late and weekend shifts are required. We may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training, communicating messages during team huddles, and ensuring colleagues are scheduled appropriately to meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays.

We will support your training across different areas and your ongoing development in retail.
