About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, requiring flexible shift patterns including late and weekend shifts. We will work with you to accommodate your schedule, but flexibility is essential for this role.

As a Section Leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team meetings, ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to ensure adequate staffing.
