About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working, this role offers that opportunity. Late and weekend shifts are required, and flexibility with work patterns may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the primary point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', ensuring product availability, and planning overtime and holidays to meet customer expectations.
