About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns. We are seeking flexible working arrangements; late and weekend shifts are required, and some flexibility in work patterns may be needed.

As a Section Leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training, communication, and ensuring product availability through effective planning of overtime and holidays. You will also have opportunities for training in different areas to support your development in retail leadership.
