About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, this role can accommodate that. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work is required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include assisting with training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', and ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays. You'll ensure colleagues are in the right place at the right time.
