About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working, this role can accommodate your lifestyle. Late and weekend work is required, and we may need to be flexible with your schedule.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assisting with training, communicating messages during team 'huddles', and ensuring colleagues are available to meet customer expectations through effective planning of overtime and holidays.

We will support your training across different areas and ongoing skill development, making this a great opportunity for growth in retail.
