About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working arrangements to fit your lifestyle, this role offers that flexibility. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend working are requirements of the role, and some flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

There is a place for everyone in retail, including leadership roles. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include assisting with training colleagues, communicating messages during team ‘huddles', ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability, and meeting customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays to ensure proper staffing.

We will support your training across different areas and your ongoing development. If you're looking to grow your retail career, this could be an ideal role for you!
