About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, this role offers that flexibility. We will work with you on your shifts, but please note that late and weekend work is required, and some flexibility may be necessary.

In retail, there's a role for everyone, including leadership. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include assisting with training colleagues, communicating messages during team 'huddles', ensuring colleagues are available to maintain product availability, and meeting customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays to ensure the right staffing at the right times.

We will support your training in different areas and your ongoing development, making this a great opportunity to grow within retail.

About You

You are naturally friendly, proactive, and eager to work with your team to achieve excellent results. You have an enthusiastic attitude towards learning new skills across different departments and are a strong coach, mentor, and motivator. As a role model, you will ensure customers have a positive shopping experience.
