About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, with various shift patterns to offer flexibility. Late and weekend work are required, and we may need to be flexible with your work pattern.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team, assist with training, communicate messages during team huddles, and ensure colleagues are available to meet customer expectations through effective planning of overtime and holidays.

We will support your training across different areas and your continuous development in retail.
