Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking a Section Engineer for an urban rail/major construction project. The role involves developing design scope, construction methodology, programme and cost for the assigned area, and delivering works with effective resource management and supervision of the site team and subcontractors.

You will ensure progress adheres to contract and budget, implement health, safety and environmental requirements, maintain QA packs, and coordinate with the Construction

Qualifications

• Degree or HND in Civil Engineering with relevant vocational training.
• CSCS card and health & safety training are required.
• Knowledge of construction contracts, methods and QA processes.
• Strong communication and ability to coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop design, construction methodology, programme and cost for the area.
• Prepare for delivery, manage resources, supervise site team and sub-contractors.
• Ensure progress aligns with contract, programme and budget.
• Implement safety, QA and environmental policies on site.
• Maintain daily site diary and records; liaise with client and team.
