Job summary

Resourcing Group is seeking a Section Engineer for a Civil Engineering contractor in the Guildford area. You will lead setting out for groundworks, levels, foundations, deep drainage, highways, flood alleviation, and RC structures, while managing design and technical aspects on site.

The role requires CSCS and experience with robotic equipment, with oversight of RC structures and all setting-out duties on the project.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• Experience setting out for groundworks and RC structures.
• Experience on highways and drainage works is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all engineering elements of the project on site.
• Handle design and technical aspects and manage RC structures.
• Carry out setting out duties and ensure accurate levels.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure safety standards.

Job description

Section Engineer required for leading Civil Engineering contractor on RC structures and highways project the Guildford area. The Section Engineer will ideally come from a civil engineering / RC Structures background with proven experience setting out for groundworks, levels, foundations, deep drainage, highways, flood alleviation, earthworks, sea defence, 278 works and RC Structures. The Section Engineer will be overseeing all engineering elements of the project, dealing with design and technical aspects of the project, managing RC structures element of the project and all setting out duties. The Section Engineer must have a CSCS card and experience using robotic equipment.
