Job summary

Buenos Aires Group of Restaurants is seeking exceptional chefs to join our growing team. You will work with fresh Argentinian beef and be part of expanding South London and the southeast operation.

You will follow company recipes, maintain hygiene standards and support kitchen operations, while contributing to a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. We offer opportunities for development, staff meals, and a supportive work culture.

Qualifications

• A passion for food coupled with compliance and respect for existing recipes and procedures.
• To ensure quality and consistency
• Level headed with the ability to work well and flexibly under pressure

• Good eye for detail and understanding of food hygiene and health and safety

Responsibilities

• Assist in the general running of the kitchen to ensure all food is prepared in line with company specifications.
• Help keep the back of house motivated and working as an effective team.
