  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
  • Assist in the development of new menu items, contributing creative ideas.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene, complying with all food safety regulations and kitchen standards.
  • Support junior kitchen staff with training and guidance as needed.
  • Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and help minimize waste.

About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a hotel or busy restaurant kitchen.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Professional Cookery (desirable).
  • A strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene minimum).

  • Team-oriented with good communication and time management skills.
  • Reliable, calm under pressure, and flexible to work across a 7-day rota, including weekends and evenings.
