What will you be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and minute quarterly board and AGM meetings.
- Maintain accurate and accessible governance records (e.g. trustee registers, policies).
- Ensure timely filings with Companies House and the Charity Commission.
- Support internal communication between trustees and staff.
- Keep the organisation up to date with statutory and governance obligations.
Time Commitment
