Secretary / Receptionist

Location: Harrogate, Office Based (no hybrid working)

Salary: £25,000 per annum (full time)

Hours: Full Time or Part Time (job share) considered

Our client is anindependent financial adviser firm, situated in central Harrogate.

The Role

They are looking for a Secretary/Receptionist to join their team.

The Secretary/Receptionist will provide front-of-house support, manage client communications, and assist with administrative tasks including typing, meeting preparation, and maintaining office systems.

A professional manner and a proactive, can-do attitude are essential.

Skills and Qualifications

* Audio and Copy Typing

* Good telephone manner

* Excellent standard of written and verbal communication;

* Arrange meetings with Clients

* Prepare meeting room and welcome clients

* Manage and update tasks on back-office system (Xplan) - training will be given

* Update client Fact Finds and save to back-office system

* Good Understanding of Microsoft software (Outlook/Excel/Word)

* Monitor Stationery and order accordingly

* Incoming and Outgoing Post

* Maintain Filing System

* Manage maintenance of office machinery

* Maintain and arrange service of fire and intruder alarms

* Possess the ability to work using your own initiative, the preferred candidate must have a can-do attitude.
