An organised individual is required to provide comprehensive reception, administrative, and secretarial support within Cardenden Health Centre for a range of healthcare professionals.
You will be responsible for maintaining 1,400 school health records and working closely with the School Nurses. Additionally, you will provide secretarial support to the Community Paediatrician and as needed.
We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who is proficient in Tiara, Microsoft Office, and Winscribe/audio typing. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Applicants should have a standard grade education and previous administration/secretarial experience. The ability to prioritise and manage the daily workload in a busy environment without direct supervision is essential.
Travel throughout the West Fife area will be necessary for training and staff cover.
Please note, the salary for this position is pro-rata for part-time hours.
