Job description

Secretary - Queensferry Medical Practice

The purpose of this role is to provide first-class secretarial support to the GP Practice and deliver excellent levels of administration and customer service. You will respond to requests from clinicians, external services, and other team members, completing a variety of tasks including:

  1. Workflow administration for all clinical correspondence
  2. Referrals via Clinical Systems & WCCG
  3. Effective read coding
  4. Note summarising
  5. Completing Subject Access Requests (SARS)
  6. Completing Private Requests
