Job summary

NHS National Services Scotland seeks a dedicated Secretary to join the Clinical Services team at Kirklands. The Role

We are looking to recruit a Secretary to join the Clinical Services / FNC+ team at Kirklands - NHSL Headquarters!

The successful candidate will provide a full administrative and secretarial service to a multi-disciplinary team, including the management of information systems and the co-ordination of the clinical referral system.

What we'll need you to bring

  • RSA3/SVQ3/NC in Secretarial Studies or equivalent.

  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to prioritise and work on own initiative.

It would be great if you also have:
