Secretary Administrator - Salary up to £30,000

They are seeking an experienced secretary administrator to support one of their divisions.

Responsibilities
  1. Audio / copy typing from Private Client Directors and Assistants.
  2. Organise and administer company and client-facing events, including travel arrangements, venue booking, and maintaining attendee lists.
  3. Produce correspondence and assist with mailshots, ensuring timely collation and dispatch.
  4. Answer calls when Private Client Directors / Assistants are unavailable, take messages, and assist where possible.
  5. Photocopy, profile, and file documents and correspondence.
  6. Monitor, record receipt of, and distribute post.
  7. Maintain standing data on business systems.
  8. Update and generate reports as needed.
  9. Arrange meetings, book rooms, coordinate diaries, and send invites.
  10. Assist with the administration of the offsite storage database.
  11. Be proactive in seeking work during quieter periods and assist with additional tasks as requested.
  12. Provide cover for secretaries and reception as required.
