Position Details

The shift pattern for this role is Monday to Friday. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretariat Officer at our Board HQ. NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde, the biggest Health Board in Scotland, offers a dynamic role suitable for an ambitious individual with secretariat support experience. The role provides exposure to Board activities and the chance to develop relationships with the Senior Management Team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Board secretariat by organizing committee dates, agendas, minutes, action logs, and business cycles.
  2. Utilize IT functions effectively to support secretariat duties.
  3. Demonstrate excellent communication and written skills.
  4. Work autonomously according to the committee cycle and exhibit strong organizational skills.
Working Arrangements

The role follows a hybrid working model, requiring the successful candidate to be in the office 3 days per week, with Tuesday being mandatory.
