Key Responsibilities:· Preparing legal documents and correspondence
· Assisting with lawyer billing and time entry
· Booking meetings and managing calendars
· Booking couriers and handling general office logistics
· Liaising with clients and internal staff across the firm
· Supporting project work and finance-related tasks
· Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
· Providing ad hoc administrative support as needed

What we're looking for:· Minimum of 2 years' continuous administration or junior PA experience in a law firm or professional services environment

· Excellent client service skills

· Flexible, reliable and approachable
· A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail

· The ability to work at fast pace and to tight deadlines
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
