Secretarial Team Assistant

Premier US law firm is looking to hire a Secretarial Team Assistant on a permanent basis to provide effective and high-quality administrative support to secretaries and fee earners in its London office.

  • £35,000 salary
  • Office based 5 days per week
  • 9:30am – 6:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing support with printing, photocopying, scanning, bundling, binding, e-bibles, binding, indexing, making up files, label printing, and adding signatures.
  • Supporting e-filing, locating documents, and conducting minor research.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and internal memos as directed.
  • Supporting compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
  • Assisting with inputting and transferring time entries and editing time narratives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience within a law firm.
  • Excellent written, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
