The role will allow you to support the learning of students in schools in your community on a flexible basis designed to fit around your lifestyle, commitments and availability.

Position: Secondary Teaching Assistant

Location: Sheffield

Contract: Temp, Flexible Ongoing Supply

Pay: £92.56 - £95 per day (Dependent on experience, training, qualifications, paid via PAYE - No umbrella company fees, inclusive of holiday pay)

Start date: ASAP

The Role:

While working as a History Teacher, you will deliver engaging History lessons across KS3 & KS4, driving pupils to develop a deep understanding of historical events and perspectives, while strengthening their critical thinking, analytical and evaluative skills. It is an exceptionally important opportunity to tell students why history matters.

The role is ideal for both experienced secondary teaching assistants, teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECT) who are looking for flexible, temporary, ongoing work. There may also be opportunities to undertake general secondary cover across a variety of schools.
