We are recruiting!

Tradewind Recruitment looking for Teaching Assistants for the new academic year, to work in Secondary Schools in mid Cornwall. We are looking for both part-time and full-time members of staff, to work 1:1, and in small groups across year groups.

We are looking for people who have experience working with young people or have skills which can be transferred into the education sector, including care work, youth work and coaching.

If you are someone who has a keen interest in the education sector, or a background working with children or young people, we would love to hear from you and work with you in finding a role which suits your preferences and skill set.

Role Requirements:

• Minimum availability of 2-3 days per week
• Level 2 or above in a relevant subject (preferred)
• Reliability, punctuality, enthusiasm
• A DBS on the update service (or happy to apply for one)
