Three R's Teacher Recruitment are looking to recruit experienced and qualified KS3/KS4/KS5 teachers across all subjects for general cover, specialist subject or cover supervisor roles in local Secondary schools across Kent.
As a leading teaching recruitment agency, we provide day-to-day cover and long-term positions to schools we've spent over twenty years building solid, trusted, relationships with. Responsibilities of our Secondary Teacher:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching to students in a variety of subjects and age ranges (Key Stage 3-5)- positions available for general cover, specialist subject or cover supervisors with the flexibility to pick and choose the work/year groups you work with
  • Implementing lesson plans provided by the school or creating engaging lesson plans as required -(planning is not required unless agreed in advance with the school)
  • Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a safe and positive learning environment for students
  • High standards of classroom management and organisation
  • Collaborating with other teachers and school staff to ensure student success, adhering to whole school policies and practices

Requirements of our Secondary School Teacher:

  • Teaching qualification recognised in the UK (such as QTS/PGCE)
  • Recent teaching experience in a secondary school
  • A passion for teaching and a commitment to ensuring student success
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Willingness to work in and travel to a variety of schools
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
