KS3/KS4 Teacher - SEMH School - Bournemouth
Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Opportunity

Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and specialist SEN school in Bournemouth, catering to secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

We are currently seeking a flexible and committed KS3/KS4 Teacher to join the school on a full-time basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable teacher who is confident delivering a variety of subjects across different year groups.

  • Position: KS3/KS4 Teacher (General Subjects)

  • Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

  • Start Date: September 2025

  • Location: Bournemouth, Dorset

  • Setting: Specialist SEMH secondary school

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects

  • Support students with SEMH needs in their academic and personal development

  • Work closely with a skilled team of support staff and senior leadership

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent

  • Experience working with young people with SEMH or additional needs (preferred)

  • Calm, resilient, and nurturing approach to classroom management
