About

Three R's Teacher Recruitment is looking to recruit experienced and qualified KS3/KS4/KS5 teachers across all subjects for general cover, specialist subject, or cover supervisor roles in local secondary schools across Kent.

Responsibilities of Our Secondary Teachers

• Deliver high-quality teaching to students in various subjects and age ranges (Key Stage 3-5). Positions available for general cover, specialist subjects, or cover supervisors, with flexibility to choose your work and year groups.
• Implement lesson plans provided by the school or create engaging lesson plans as required (planning is not required unless agreed in advance).
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe and positive learning environment for students.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management and organisation.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure student success, following whole school policies and practices.

Requirements for Our Secondary School Teachers

• Recognised UK teaching qualification (such as QTS/PGCE).
• Recent teaching experience in a secondary school.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to work in and travel to various schools.
• Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
