Job Title: Secondary Teacher

Location: Leeds

Start Date: Immediate Start

Salary: £150 - £170.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a number of innovative secondary schools that focus on creative learning being embedded into the national curriculum. These schools provide a high level of education and pride themselves on their ability to support their pupils' growth and development.

These schools are currently looking to take on an engaging and creative Secondary Teacher on a long-term basis, possibly leading to a permanent position and covering for day-to-day sickness. The successful candidate will be working with children in Key Stage 2/KS2, which includes preparation for the students' SATs. In this role, a Secondary Teacher will be a vital part in setting the pupils up for future success, creating a love for learning, and encouraging a creative mindset.

The Successful Secondary Teacher will have:

1. QTS qualification (ECTs are also always welcome)
2. Experience working with Key Stage 1/KS1 and Key Stage 2/KS2 students.
3. Excellent classroom management.
