Job summary

The role requires QTS or equivalent, a degree in your subject, and a strong commitment to safeguarding. DBS on Update Service is preferred and applicants must pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

• Experience teaching in secondary schools is desirable.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• A flexible, proactive, and engaging teaching approach.
• Enhanced DBS Update Service or willingness to apply.

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Teach your specialist subject across Key Stages.
• Assess, monitor, and track student progress effectively.

• Support students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and school leaders.
