Job summary

Teaching Personnel are partnering with SEN schools and specialist provisions across South Manchester, offering flexible roles for the new academic year; from day-to-day supply to long-term and permanent opportunities.

You'll work with secondary-aged pupils (KS3-KS4, sometimes KS5) with a range of additional needs, including autism, SEMH, and learning challenges. This role supports EHCP targets in inclusive, supportive learning environments.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (any subject specialism)
  • Strong understanding of adaptive teaching and differentiation
  • Experience with or interest in SEN, SEND or alternative provision
  • A patient, resilient, and nurturing teaching style

Responsibilities

  • Delivering adapted, engaging lessons in your specialist subject
  • Supporting pupils to achieve EHCP targets and personal milestones
  • Creating structured, inclusive and supportive learning environments

The Role - Teach With Purpose
