Secondary Teacher With QTS

Full Time / Term Time Only
North West London
£150 to £250 per day

An 'outstanding' Ofsted graded Secondary School in North West London is on the hunt for a long-term Secondary Teacher With QTS for an ASAP or September 2025 start. The school is based in North West London with easy transport links. This is a full time position which will convert into a permanent role for the right candidate.

The school are looking for a Teacher in the following subjects: English, Science (Biology/Chemistry), Humanities, Geography, History, Design Technology and Mathematics. The suitable teacher is required to teach up to GCSE and A - Levels.

Secondary Teacher With QTS Responsibilities:

1. Teach across KS3, KS4 or KS5
2. Support students who have difficulties and differentiate lessons
3. Plan and Deliver lessons up to GCSE and A-Levels
4. High Levels of professionalism and skilled behaviour management
5. Thorough understanding of Safeguarding (KCSIE)
6. Liaise with senior staff/colleagues

Secondary Teacher With QTS Requirements:

1. Degree level qualifications
2. QTS is also required.
3. Previous classroom/teaching experience is required
4. Experience managing behaviour
5. Understanding of leading and directing a class
6. Strong knowledge of safeguarding
7. Subject to an enhanced DBS check (Online Updated) and 2 references on file
