Job description

Job Title: Secondary Subject Teacher (English, Maths, Science, Humanities)
Area: Wembley, West London
Contract Type: Temporary or Permanent
Salary: Paid according to Teacher Pay Scale (MPS/UPS)
Working hours: 7.5 - 8.5 Hour days

Prospero are recruiting for Subject Teachers to work in SEN Schools, supporting all kinds of SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Complex Needs, PMLD and more. Pupil Referral Units (PRU's) and Alternative Resource Provisions also support various needs for students who need specialist or additional support outside of the mainstream classroom.

About the role:
Deliver tailored lessons in your subject specialism, support students' academic and emotional development, and work within a multidisciplinary team.

We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
  • Support pupils with SEN or SEMH needs
  • Wants to further a passion for specialist support
  • Collaborate with support staff and therapists
