We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Teachers across a range of subjects to work for our partner secondary schools that are seeking new staff for the next academic year.

A Secondary will play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences across a range of subject areas, inspiring students to achieve their full potential and pursue their academic interests.

Responsibilities:

·Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the requirements of the secondary curriculum and promote deep understanding and critical thinking.

·Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where every student feels valued, respected, and encouraged to participate actively in their learning.

·Differentiate instruction to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, providing additional support or extension activities as necessary to ensure that all students can make progress.

·Assess student progress and attainment using a variety of assessment methods, providing constructive feedback and support to help students achieve their learning goals.

·Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, communicating effectively and collaborating to support students' educational and personal development.

·Use a range of teaching strategies and resources, including technology, to engage and motivate students and enhance their learning experiences.

·Participate in departmental meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school events and initiatives to contribute to the wider life of the school community.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area, with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.

·Previous experience teaching secondary students, preferably in a secondary school setting, with a strong understanding of the secondary curriculum and pedagogy.

·Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for teaching and inspiring young learners to achieve their full potential.

·Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning, with the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

·Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

·Ability to work collaboratively as part of a departmental team, with a proactive and flexible approach to teaching and school life.

·A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the school community and ensuring that every student has access to an excellent education.
