Salary: £40,305 - £50,589 per year

Location: St Columba's High School, Fletcher Avenue, Gourock

Duration: Temporary Maternity Cover up to 1 Year

GTCS Registration

You must be registered with the GTCS and maintain your registration, including paying any applicable fees. Teachers in their probationary year can apply for temporary, unpromoted vacancies but will be paid at the probationer rate of £31,584 per year (pro-rata if applicable).

RC Approval

Guidance for teachers seeking approval to teach in a Catholic school, if applicable. The successful candidate will need approval from the Roman Catholic Church, in line with Section 21A of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980. Head Teacher Reports

Candidates successful at interview should download and complete the appropriate report form, including applicant details and signatures. The form must then be sent via email to interview.support@inverclyde.gov.uk, with the current Head Teacher CC'd.
