Protocol Education Limited is seeking a Secondary SEND Teacher to plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual pupil needs within a supportive learning environment.

You will work with students exhibiting challenging behaviours, applying behaviour management strategies and collaborating with the wider team to achieve inclusive, positive outcomes. This temporary post emphasizes safeguarding and ongoing professional development.

• Observe, monitor, and evaluate pupil responses through a range of assessment strategies.
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of pupils and participate in physical activities as appropriate.
• Promote the inclusion of all pupils, ensuring they have equal opportunities to learn and grow.
• Take an active role in promoting and safeguarding the welfare of students.

The Role:

As a Secondary SEND Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the individual needs of each pupil, while creating a purposeful and supportive learning environment. You will work with students who present challenging behaviour, using a range of behaviour management strategies and interventions. Flexibility, creativity, and collaboration with the wider team are key to success in this role.
