Join Three R’s as a Secondary Teacher for September in the Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells area. You will be responsible for providing cover to secondary schools either on a flexible supply basis (we work around your availability), or for the full term at one of our top-performing schools. Opportunities for longer-term placements or to extend from Sept 2025.

Secondary Teacher Responsibilities:

• Subject specific cover, general cover or cover supervisor roles
• High-quality teaching to age ranges from KS3-4. KS5 an advantage but not necessary.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively
• Building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents
• Adapting to different teaching environments and curriculums

Secondary Teacher Requirements:

• Teaching qualification recognised in the UK (QTS/PGCE/NQT)
• Experience teaching in UK secondary schools
• Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willing to apply for one)
• Local to the Tonbridge/Tunbridge Wells area with ability to travel for work
