Job summary

Academics is seeking qualified Secondary Teachers to support a range of schools in Rotherham with day-to-day supply, short-term cover and longer placements to fit your subject specialism and availability.

You will deliver lessons across KS3/KS4, plan engaging sessions in line with the National Curriculum, and provide flexible cover in multiple schools. DBS and eligibility to work in the UK are required, with ongoing career support from dedicated consultants.

Qualifications

• QTS or PGCE to teach in UK secondary schools.
• Recent experience teaching in a secondary setting.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and subject content.
• DBS check or willingness to obtain one; right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 optional per subject).
• Plan and teach engaging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
• Provide flexible cover across secondary schools and academies.
• Create a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:
