Secondary School Teacher - Plymouth

Educated Recruitment are a supply teacher employment business in its 10th year of establishment actively recruiting Secondary School Teachers (ECTs or experienced), to join our friendly, supportive and busy agency for ad hoc supply opportunities in the Plymouth area.

Please note: Our daily pay rate for teachers as a supply teacher recruitment business starts at £130 but can be negotiated up to £200 based on experience, pay scale and additional responsibilities, and is ultimately at the discretion of school budgets.

Responsibilities

• Delivering cover lessons
• Preparing planning
• Following safeguarding and school policies
• Marking work as needed
• Liaising with school staff

Qualifications

• QTS or ECT status (applications from other teaching backgrounds also welcome)
• A current DBS, or Update Service subscription (the agency can apply for this)
• A 3 year minimum reference history
• Up to date knowledge of the curriculum
